Prisma,Llc was created by Alex Valenzuela and a group of professional in construction business. Mr. Valenzuela MBA , has been in the Construction Industry for over 20 years and has direct experience with most methodologies of construction including :interior renovations, structural work, restoration project, site work, new building, plumbing, heating and cooling as well as environment, health and safety related considerations; commercial experience with Hospitals, and Schools. Multi-story apartment, multi-story offices, stores,  religious, municipal and factory/industrial building ranging from 10,000 to 100,000 square feet and having various types of occupancy.

Prisma,Llc has a professional staff such as, Project Manager, site superintendent and safety coordinator with an active participation of our force that including: carpentry, interior finished, bricklayer, concrete among others. Most of the project Prisma,Llc use “in house force”, so that the quality and client satisfaction is our satisfice.
Prisma,Llc working with a select quality subcontractor  that meet our mission and vision of the company ,so that Prisma and subcontractor working as work team ,with just one goal: client satisfaction.

Prisma,Llc principal clients are: Department of General Services Maryland State, Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, City of Alexandria Virginia, City of Gaithersburg and General Contractors Companies Washington D.C Metropolitan Area among others.
Prisma,Llc currently is working with Small Business company as consultant that including: estimating, submittals processes, construction schedule, construction meeting, subcontractors technical advice, Government’s projects research ,and construction technical support.
